Betty J. Ledford, 88, of East End, died Saturday, April 25, 2020. Her lifetime career was as a nurse. She retired from UAMS as a clinical pathologist and then served later as a lab technician at Children's Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Donald Ledford and two children, David Ledford and Elaine Ledford.

She is survived by four grandchildren; Patrick Ledford, Michael Smith, Ashley Caudell, and Matthew Smith ; and by other relatives and friends.

A private goodbye is planned for family at the place of Entombment, Pinecrest Memorial Park.
