I met Mrs. Alma years ago at the Saline County Library where she was teaching a craft class. I thought she was a delightful person! I am so sorry to hear about her passing.

Vickie, I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts & prayers are with you.
Mrs. Hahn was a great neighbor to our family for over 12 years. Many memories discussing books she loved. She kept my child when my wife went into labor with our second child. She loved ghost stories and we had stories. I will miss her very much
I had Mrs Hahn for 10th, 11th and 12th grade English. She had a wonderful sense of humor with a big heart. Mrs Hahn was a significant person in the lives of her students. Because of this she will last many a lifetime. Interesting story, after I graduated BHS, I went see her to ask her if college might be for me. Ironically, every other person I asked told me not try, that I wouldn’t make it. She looked me in the eye and said why not. Because of her I not only received a BA in Pol Sci from Texas A&M-CC but an MA in History from same school. She made a difference to a lost little boy! I owe her!
One of my all time favorite teachers. Very sweet sweet lady. Prayers to her family.
I have so many happy memories of AJ. She was a brilliant artist and thinker. I will miss her humor and her fun disposition. I always enjoyed her stories and conversations. My sympathy to the family in our loss.
