Ruth Ann, Chris, Jeff and families,
Perry and I were so sorry to hear of Raymond's death. What a good man! We respected and admired him so. The world is a better place today because of his life. I know you will miss him so! But his link in the chain for good was strong--look at the fine men he and you, Ruth Ann, gave to this world! Our prayers and love are with you all.

Chris/Jeff,
Prayers of peace for you and your family at the passing of your father. I am so thankful for his life. His life brought into this world you amazing dudes who changed my life and served as role models during my childhood. To me, your father gave you a courageous and adventurous spirit which directly impacted all you interacted with. I learned about that toughness your father taught you as you guided me on way to many hikes to antenna pine than I like to remember and some blind leaps of faith into churning rivers and lakes. His life still impacts generations today as I try to pass on the toughness and spirit of adventure he taught you into my children. I celebrate his life today and I thank God for the positive impact he made on this beautiful world.

So sorry for your loss. I was a neighboring county DCFS supervisor & worked with Ray for a number of years. He earned my respect & proved to be a good friend. His smile & good humor brightened some otherwise dull meetings.
