I read that only 1 percent of the population volunteer to serve in the military.Randy is a decorated member of that 1 percent, a very select group of Patriots.
Although I only met him a couple times,I enjoyed his company. Peace with your soul Randy.

My families most heartfelt condolences. We will be there tomorrow for visitation and service to bid farewell to a good man and a friend of my youth.
This breaks my heart. When Randy, Russell and Rhonda were young they lived next door to us and I babysat for them. I watched them all grow into wonderful men and women. I'm so very proud of Randy for his brave and heroic service to our country. My heart and my prayers are with all of his family in this very sad time. I love you all. Sherry (Wells) Wycoff
