Michael Marks, 57, of Morrilton, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord, Monday, January 6, 2020. He was born September 29, 1962, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to the late Waner and Ann (Kelley) Marks.
Michael was a faithful and loving husband who devoted his life to taking care of his loving wife, Vickie. He enjoyed watching football, sudoku puzzles, and listening to classic rock. Michael was loved very much by his friends and family, who will dearly miss his fun loving, outgoing personality.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving family; his wife of 31 years, Vickie (Sowell) Marks; daughters, Shannon (Clinton) McClure and Melissa (Phillip) Gilstrap; 1 grandchild, Hailey; brothers, Stephen and Phillip Marks; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at 6:00 to 8:00pm, Thursday, January 9, 2020, at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway. A graveside service will be 10:00am, Friday, January 10, 2020 at Oak Bowery Cemetery.

I went to school with Michael. When I saw this, I had to check to make sure it was "our" Michael. Like takes us apart and then passes too soon. We will meet again with our Lord, Michael. I am sorry we didn't get to spend more time together. Prayers for all of the Marks family and friends.
