She was not a family member of mine but I worked for AAA and was her care aid for so many months I can remember of. I enjoyed taking care and helping her and her husband. They were both sweet and kind. When I took my lunch breaks I enjoyed talking to them. They always listened to the swap shop and gospel music in the mornings I was there.

We were lucky enough to move next door to Chuck and Myrtle when they lived in Covina. It didn't take long before they became like secondary parents to us. Luckily we got to visit them in Arkansas on occasion. Leo loved to tease Myrtle and get her all worked up before she realizes he was messing with her. We loved them dearly and take comfort in the fact they are together again. ❤
