Ellie "Tilda" Matilda Peeler, 85, of Cash, passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2019 in Little Rock. She was born July 26, 1934 in Amagon, Arkansas to Charles T. and Mattie Tubbs Crisher.
Mrs. Peeler was a retired mail carrier who enjoyed sewing, cooking, cleaning and reading. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Cash.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband of 55 years, Chester "Chuck" Peeler; one sister, Alta Lee Crisher; two brothers, Charles Andrew Crisher and Tommy Wayne Crisher.
Survivors include two daughters, Shelly Akin, husband Terry, of North Little Rock and Christy Harlan of Cash; three grandsons, A.J. Akin of North Little Rock, Kory and Triston Harlan both of Jonesboro; one sister, Rosie Lomenick, husband Charles, of Tulsa Oklahoma; two sisters-in-law Tess Crisher and Laveda Crisher; a special niece, Wilma Forrest; many other nieces and nephews and other special loved ones.
Funeral services will be on Sunday, December 29, at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home at 2:00pm with Andy Haskins officiating. Burial follows at Redd Cemetery.
Visitation precedes the service from 1:00pm - 2:00pm at the funeral home.
I was a nurse of Mrs. Peeler and she was the most sweetest person that I ever met! Rest in Love to such a beautiful soul ♥ï¸
Christie, I am so very sorry to hear of your Mommas passing!My Momma sure did love Tilda! And I did as well....I bet they are having a great time up there in Heaven!
