My connection with Chuck was through the Greater Little Rock Jaycees. He was a Fantastic person in his every endeavor to help in the community, and friends in need. Chuck was a Fun Fun Guy!. He will always remain in memory for the Good Times of Past, and he certainly is now having a good time in Heaven!
