Frances Rine Catt, 97, of Floral, AR, passed away Thursday, December 12, 2019. She was born July 3, 1922 in Carson Lake, AR to John and Lillie Rine. She was a long time Secretary and Accountant for Sun Oil Company in West Memphis, member of Floral Baptist Church, a member of Eastern Star at Pleasant Plains, member of AARP, US Humane Society, Mary Martha Women's Sunday Group and was a Sunday School Teacher for many years. She was a very generous, outgoing and thoughtful person that loved children. She is survived by her special niece and nephew: Margaret (Ottis) Rine Raper of Osceola, AR; grand-niece: Cyndy (Bob) Henderson, grand-nephews: Corky Raper and Gary (Shantele) Raper, special niece: Loretta (Pinkie) Catt Styers of Floral, AR and her extended family of nieces and great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband: Willie C. Catt, brothers: Ramon Rine and Grover Rine.
