Donna Kay Hicks, 74, of Sevierville, Tennessee passed away on September 15, 2019 at her home surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with Pancreatic Cancer. Ms. Hicks was born to the late Clarence L. and Cleo Armstrong Carter in Pueblo, Colorado on October 5, 1944. Donna was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Martin Hicks on March 7, 2004.

Donna was a lifelong active and faithful member of the Church of God. No matter where she lived, she found a Church of God and made it her home. She spent the last fifteen years serving the residence of the Spirit Care Center in Sevierville. Part of her service there was direct Mission Work for the church by making Arts and Crafts and selling them to raise money for Mission Projects of the church.

My prayers are with you and your family as you celebrate the home going of your beloved mother. May God hold you real tight and comfort you as only He can do, until you are together again.

“God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.” (Rev.21:4)
