Carolyn June (Pittman) Kimbrell, 84, passed away Saturday August 24, 2019 in Fort Smith. Carolyn was born December 23, 1934 in Greenville, SC to Mr. Leroy & Lois (Johnson) Pittman. Carolyn was an interior designer and expert seamstress and she loved to make her daughters outfits. Carolyn loved to spend time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Willie Kimbrell Sr., one son Willie "Billy" Kimbrell Jr., two son-in-law's Edward "Ed" Hale Harris Jr., and Terry Massengale; and four grandchildren.
Mrs. Kimbrell is survived by her four daughters, Wilma Harris of Clarksville, Judy and Alan Elsing of Rolla Missouri, Carla and Bryan Tipton of Clarksville, and Cindy Massengale of Alma, eight grandchildren, Nathan Harris, Jeff Elsing, Kimbrely Elsing, Kari Damon, Scott Massengale, Brittany Massengale, Kelsie Kimbrell, and Hunter Kimbrell, six great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be 2:00 - 3:00 P.M Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at the Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel.
Mrs. Kimbrell's Memorial service will be held 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at the Roller-Cox Funeral Home with Bro. Robbie Jackson officiating.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Carolyn and Willie Kimbrell Endowed Scholarship at the University of the Ozarks, 415 North College Ave. Clarksville, AR. 72830.
