Ida Elizabeth (Fisher) Mobley, 84, of Mountain View, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2019 in Batesville, Arkansas at White River Medical Center. Ida was born on March 23, 1935 in Wilson, Texas to the late John and Mary Agnes (Sparkman) Fisher. Ida was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Mountain View, Arkansas and was a teacher for many years. Ida will be greatly missed by all of her loving family and friends.

Ida is survived by three sons; Larry Mobley and Debbie of Knoxville, Tennessee; James (Jay) A. Mobley, Jr. of Knoxville, Tennessee, and Curtis Bennett and wife Caroline of Interlachen, Florida; one daughter, JoAnn Carlson and husband Christopher of Tecumseh, Kansas; one sister, Marilee; along with many extended family and friends.

Ida was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Agnes (Sparkman) Fisher; husband, James Mobley; two daughters, Edna Seal and Rebecca Gardner; one grandchild, Ray Gardner and one great-grandchild, Sophia Jackson.

A memorial service for Ida will take place on Tuesday, July 30, 2019, 6:00 PM at First United Methodist Church in Mountain View, Arkansas with Pastor Joel Snyder officiating. Inurnment will be private.
