Linda Faye (Melton) Wallis, 74, of Batesville passed away on Monday, June 3, 2019.
She was born the daughter of Agnes (Needham) Martin on January 21, 1945 in Lafferty, Arkansas.
Linda was a member of the Lafferty Community Church; she loved animals and gardening and liked to swim.
Survivors include four sisters, Dorothy Tharp (Kenny) of Cushman; Carolyn Helms (Bobby) of Porter, Texas; Diane Willis (Glen) of Sulphur Rock; and Brenda Neely of Cushman; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother; husband, William Wallis; three brothers, Jerry Johnson, Connie Melton, and Shelby Martin; and one sister, Peggy Wheeler.
Graveside services will begin at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at Nail Cemetery under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Melbourne with Kenny Tharp officiating.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Melbourne.

Linda was a sweet and very kind lady, she will be missed. Prayers to the family ,she was an amazing person.
