Vickie Goble Carter, 60, passed away Feb. 2, 2019, after a long battle with complications from an automobile accident. She was born Aug. 3, 1958. Vickie was preceded in death by her son, Jay Brooks; father, Ronnie Goble; and husband Danny Carter. She is survived by her mother, Dixie Goble; sister: Barbara Cox (Ronnie); nieces: Karen Cox Wood (Steve) and Jenna Cox Pirani (Dino); and special family friend, Marsha Robinson. Vickie was a tomboy that loved life on the farm and hunting, and was known for her sense of adventure and her smile.
So sad after so many years to hear of your passing! I kept in touch with your mom every year till just 2 years ago and now when trying the phone was disconnected.
We had many a good laughs and time with family.

Dixie and Barbara Sue, I was so saddened to hear of Vickie Lynn’s passing. We visited often during her brief residency in Jonesboro. I am sorry for your loss and please know you are in my thoughts and heart at this time.
