I worked with Mr. Charles while I was working for the Arkansas Forestry Commission. There were times that we would talk on the phone about some piece of property that our agency was working to get through the USFS. Always a pleasant and gentleman on the other end of the line, a pleasure to work with. Never got to meet but he felt like family. My sincerest symphathies for his families and close friends. Wow if we had had FaceTime!
Chuck was one of my mentors at work and in life . A good friend and Buddy, that always made me laugh and reminded me to not "sweat the small stuff" ! There was only one Chuck in this world and I have many memories of him! RIP my good friend! I will miss you!
Rest in Peace Chuck. Chuck was a great person. I worked with Chuck when he was the Fleet Manager for the Ozark-St. Francis National Forest. Chuck and I had lots of arguments and lots of laughs together. He had a smile that would not let you be mad at him. He will be missed but always remembered. Thoughts and prayers to the family.
Nancy sorry to hear about you losing Charles .You have mine and Linda's heart felt best wishes. We sure had some good times together.

Chuck was always around with a joke and a “war story” when I needed it. He must have organized the Camelot Drive Neighborhood Watch from his garage observation post.
Well Done, Soldier. Stand at Ease
Thoughts and Prayers to You Nancy and your Family
Nancy: I am so sorry for your loss. Please accept my sincere condolences and best thoughts for you and your loved ones in this trying time.
Nancy, David, and Christine, My condolences go to all of you in the loss of Chuck. My family has lost a true friend indeed. Abby talks about his waving as we passed by. She said, "I am going to miss Mr. Chuck." You and Chuck were wonderful neighbors. He was always willing to help and was a friend to everyone. I know he and Jim Sr. are discussing those 'famous' fishing trips today. Jesus will be by your side as you experience this most difficult time.
