Ted Dilks, 83, of Moro, Arkansas passed away on December 5, 2018 in Forrest City, Arkansas. He was born on May 28, 1935 in LaGrange, Arkansas to Willie and Emma Lee Dilks, the seventh of eight children. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was the street Supervisor for the city of West Helena, Arkansas; until his retirement. His hobbies were raising and selling chickens, ducks, and guineas. He was preceded in death by his, Marilyn Dilks, his parents, four brothers, Clyde, Mike, Candy and Billy, three sisters, Evillas, Katherine and Frances. He is survived by three children, Ted, Jr. (Claudia), of Fresno, California; Catherine Dilks, of Redmond, Oregon; and Bobby Dilks, of Memphis, Tennessee; four step-children, Becky Grigsby (Billy), of West Memphis, Arkansas; Sue Dailey (Kenneth), of Moro, Arkansas; Rick Riden (Debra), of Atoka, Tennessee; and Kay Heathscott (Doug) of Searcy, Arkansas; fifteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren. He also leaves a special friend, Ms. Dorothy Cook of West Helena, Arkansas. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
