Darrell Ray Malone ''Pappy'', 77 of Greenbrier, went to be with his Heavenly Father, Saturday, December 29, 2018. Just one day short of his 78th birthday.
He was born in Morrilton, AR on December 30, 1940 and was a son to Darr and Image Irene (Scroggins) Luster. His parents, a sister, Dolores Edens, and a son in law, Angelo Paladino preceded him in death.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 32 years and soulmate, Faydene Malone, children; Tony Malone (Rosemary), Terri Paladino, Lisa Kirkpatrick (Ricky), Gina Grider (Jamie), grandchildren; Ashley Blackshire (Michael), Matthew Grider (Heather), Trey Paladino (Erin), Trevor Paladino, Ashley Proctor (Branden), Jennifer Malone, and Noah Grider; 3 great-grandchildren and a sister; Donna Engstrom (Larry) and numerous nieces and nephews.
Darrell was a member of Needs Creek Missionary Baptist Church and was employed by Kimberly Clark for 29 years, until his retirement. He was also a retired veteran of 29 years with the United States Army National Guard and a 1959 graduate of Morrilton High School.
Visitation will be from 6pm to 8pm Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Greenbrier. Funeral service will be at 10am Wednesday at the funeral home, with burial following at Needs Creek Cemetery.
