Donny was a good Officer. He always had that little smirky smile like he had just pulled a prank on someone! I’m proud to have worked with him at LRPD. Rest well, my friend. You have fought the good fight.

donny was a good man;friend;and fellow officer.he worked the traffic court bailiff while i had the criminal court job...plus we were both part of a close jail squad.there was no one i would had preferred as backing me up when things got rough in there.he was quiet and i wil always remember his favorite phrase...."whatever"when he retired;he got "ode to donny cat"presented to him....big loss;good mentor...

My thoughts and prayers are with the family, I met Donny at my son David and daughter in law Kelly rehearsal dinner, he was a quiet man, but it was very obvious how much he loves his daughter Kelly, I've heard numerous family stories and moments from Kelly, he will live on through Kelly.
From what I saw and heard he was a loving, and caring husband and father.
Rest in peace
