Juanita Sims Ward

April 8, 1925 - December 10, 2013

Juanita Sims Ward age 87, went to be with her Heavenly Father Tuesday, December 10th, 2013. She was born April 8th, 1925 to William and Mary Elizabeth Weidower Sims.

Juanita was a member of Keo Baptist Church. She loved to fish and she enjoyed the outdoors.

She was preceded in death by her husband Austin Ward; son: Steven Ward; brothers: Waylon Sims of Scott, Arkansas; Dalton Sims of North Little Rock, Arkansas; Harold Sims of Scott, Arkansas; sisters: Montene Garrison of Sherwood, Arkansas and Betty Ketting of North Little Rock, Arkansas.

Juanita will be missed by a host of loving friends, nieces and nephews, and a sister in heart: Mary Gunnel.

Funeral services will be Saturday, December 14th, 2013 at 11:00 A. M. at Roller England Funeral Home (501) 842-3939. The family will receive their friends at the funeral home from 9:30 A. M. until service time. Burial will be in Mulberry Cemetery.

I was so sorry to hear of Juanita's death. I would have tried to attend her funeral if I had know. She was such a great lady and I enjoyed all the time I got to spend with her. She was my mother Christine Sims Garrison's first cousin.

Aunt Juanita was a special lady.I will cherish my memories of the times my son Ryan and I spent with her. She was a strong, loving and giving person. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends.
