Billie Jean Boydston George, 59, of Mount Pleasant, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, July 3, 2004 at her home. She was born May 18, 1945 in Helena, Arkansas to Gurvis and Ripple Davis Boydston. Mrs. George was a member of the Sidney Baptist Church, and was a Nurse's Aid, working with the Phillips County Area Agency on Aging for in-home care. She is survived by her husband, Roy George; 2 Sons, Michael Boydston and his wife Jeanna of West Memphis, and Roy ''Denny'' George, Jr. of the home; 6 Brothers, Calvin Youngblood of Coldwater, Mississippi; James Boydston of Needles, California; Sonny Boydston and Bobby Boydston both of West Helena, Arkansas; Davis Boydston and Doyle Boydston both of Mena, Arkansas; 1 Sister, Delores Helton of Little Rock, Arkansas; 1 Granddaughter, Emma Boydston of West Memphis; many nieces and nephews, and several other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 7, 2004 at 10:00 a.m., at the Sidney Baptist Church in Sidney, Arkansas. Burial will be at the Sunset Memorial Park in West Helena, Arkansas at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 7, 2004. Visitation will be Tuesday, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Roller-Crouch McGee Funeral Home in Cave City, Arkansas. Memorials may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
