Derring Ray Gibbs, 70, on Jonesboro, passed away on March 17, 2026, at St. Bernards Medical Center. He was born on July 5, 1955, in Knob, AR, to James and Zora Gibbs. Derring was an electrician by trade. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, motorcycles and leather work.

Derring was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Cletis Gibbs.

Those left to cherish his memory are a brother, Avondale Gibbs, and sister, Cynthis Gibbs.
