Janet Marie Downen, 73, a resident of Hartman, passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2026, peacefully at home. She was born August 8, 1952, in Hunt, Arkansas, to John Wesley and Edna Marie (Jones) Morrow.

Janet was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed reading and spending time outdoors. Most of all, Janet loved spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Edna Morrow; her brothers, Fred Morrow, and John W. ''Bud'' Morrow; her sisters, Gail Warren, and Ruth Ledbetter; and her sons, Allen Christopher Keith, and Jason Scott Keith.

Janet is survived by her loving husband of 26 years, Randall Downen of Hartman, Arkansas; her son, Jeffrey Keith of Clarksville; her grandchildren, Erica Keith of Clarksville, Coby Keith of Clarksville, Amber Keith of Kansas, and Devon Keith of Clarksville; her great grandchildren, Emma Roberson, and Isaiah Roberson of Clarksville; her stepchildren, Nathan Downen of Russellville, Arkansas, Stacie Downen-Hicks of Russellville, Arkansas, and Brian Downen of Arizona; her brothers, Roy Morrow, and wife Margaret, of Hunt, Arkansas, Bobby Morrow, and wife Karen, of Louisiana, Eddie Don Morrow, and wife Carol, of Hartman, Arkansas, Jimmy Morrow of Hunt, Arkansas, and Teddy Morrow, and wife Becky, of Knoxville, Arkansas; her sisters, Shirley Walton Lockard of Hartman, Arkansas, and Irene Kelly, and husband Raymond, of Hartman, Arkansas; and many more close family and friends.

Cremation arrangements are private under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home in Clarksville.
