Johnny C. Brown, known as JB to many, age 68, of Conway, AR, passed away on February 27, 2026, at home surrounded by family. He was born on February 14, 1958, in Conway where he lived all his life. He was a graduate of Conway High School and attended the University of Central Arkansas, Johnny was deeply rooted in his community. He was a member of St. Joseph Church in Conway, where he had many friends and family. Johnny dedicated over two decades to the retail grocery sector with Safeway/Harvest Foods and later pursued a successful career as a self-employed contractor in the construction industry doing custom trim work where his love of woodwork, attention to detail and perfectionism can be seen in work throughout countless homes in central Arkansas.

Johnny took the most pride in his role of ''Dad'' to his daughters, Chelsey and Lyndzey. He was the most devoted father who would move heaven and earth for his girls. He was their biggest fan in all things, sports, school, work, and life in general.
Johnny was a beloved husband to Pamela Brown. They met in 1977, married in 1984 and together, spent the last 41 years building the most beautiful life together. He was a cherished father to Chelsey Brown Davidson and her husband, Corey. He was a doting grandfather to Abby, Miller, and Fletcher. He is also survived by his brothers, Don Brown (Vicki) and Scott Brown (Stephanie); sister-in-law, Karen Mills; nieces, Kayleigh Brown, Amanda Sanders, Lauren Carnes (Justin), Madison Harris (Brandon), and nephews, Rustin Miller (Jessica), Heath Miller, and Drew Mills (Megan) along with numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. Johnny was preceded in death by his daughter, Lyndzey Ashton Brown, and his parents, Raymond Henry Brown and Edythe Marie Brown; father-in-law, Jack Miller; mother-in-law, Dorothy Miller, and brothers-in-law, Robert and Randy Miller.

Johnny's personality was marked by his profound love for his family, especially his grandchildren, with whom he cherished every moment. His passion for travel was notable, highlighted by his memorable journey along Route 66 at the age of 66. This adventure was a significant item on his bucket list, reflecting his zest for life and new experiences. He loved going to the beach and took his family every year for the past 41 years. His idea of a good time was to say to his girls, ''Let's go on a road trip this weekend'' at 6:00pm on a Friday. Some of their best memories are from those trips. He was an avid Jimmy Buffet fan and attended concerts in Dallas, Memphis, St. Louis, Nashville and even Boston.

Visitation will take place at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home from 5:00 to 7:00pm on Sunday, March 1, 2026, followed by a Funeral Service at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Conway, at 10:00am on March 2, 2026. Entombment will follow at Crestlawn Mausoleum, Conway.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Johnny's honor to the Arkansas Children's Hospital Donate to Be a Champion for Children, commemorating his daughter Lyndzey Ashton Brown, or to the Conway Regional Health Foundation, acknowledging the exceptional care he received Giving.
