Vicki Jane Lewis, age 70 of Leslie, Arkansas passed from this life on Wednesday, February 4th, 2026 at her home with family by her side. She was born in Clinton, Arkansas on April 9th, 1955 to Mabrey Douglas Blair and Patricia Jane Little Blair.

Vicki was a member and attended Leslie 1st Baptist Church for many years when she was able. She graduated from Leslie High School. Vicki began her working career working at Western Auto with her dad, Doug Blair. After her marriage to Joe Lewis, she worked tirelessly as a business owner/operator alongside Joe at Lewis Grocery Store. When Joe's health begin to fail and the grocery store closed Vicki helped get Skylark restaurant off of the ground. She worked for 5 plus years, making desserts and assisting with the upstart. Vicki was an excellent dessert maker. It was a talent she enjoyed very much. This extraordinary gift helped to make Ryan's Main Street Grill a success when she begin working there with her son, Ryan. Besides her dessert making, Vicki enjoyed scrapbooking and making Creative Memory. Her strong work ethic, strawberry pies and other delicious creations will be greatly missed by those closest to her.

Survivors include her son, Ryan Lewis of Leslie; daughters, Amanda Ruth Lewis and Danielle Lewis, both of Leslie; brother, Danny Blair (Lisa Wilson) of Shreveport, Louisiana; her aunt, Sharon Blair of Brewer, Massachusetts; and several extended family members and good friends who will also mourn her passing.

Vicki is preceded in death by her parents, Doug and Pat Blair; her husband, Joe Glenn Lewis who passed away in 2019; and one daughter, Alexandria Blair Lewis.

Memorial services for Vicki will be 2:00 PM Saturday, February 7th, 2026 at Leslie First Baptist Church with Bro. Tommy Jolly officiating. Private burial will be in Elberta Cemetery where Vicki will be laid to rest her daughter, Blair.
