Forrest Earl Keathley, 101 of Vilonia, AR passed away Sunday, January 25th, 2026. He was born February 28th, 1924, in Enola, Ar. He is preceded in death by his first wife Faye Keathley; His parents Orville and Alice Keathley; Two sisters: Edith White and Ruth Bell; a son Bobby Keathley; a daughter Wanda Keathley; two grandchildren Tammy Keathley and David Johnson. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Jetty Keathley; a bonus son Mickeal (Judy) Johnson; his grandchildren Terri (David) Lee and Jason (Jennifer) Johnson; Seven great grandchildren Michael, Katie, Myca, Haylee, Jasey, Ethan, and Zoey; his four great-great grandchildren and a host of family and friends who loved him.
He grew up with humble beginnings in Enola, AR with his parents O.E and Alice Keathley and his two sisters, Edith and Ruth. He was drafted to serve our country in WW2 right after graduation where he traveled to many parts of the world serving as a radio operator for the Army. After the war, he moved his family to Vilonia where he worked as a civilian on the Little Rock Air Force Base. He was a member of the El Paso masonic lodge where he was a master mason. The most important thing he would want to be remembered for was that he was a born again Christian and was a member and deacon of Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Vilonia where he dedicated many years to serving his Lord and Savior.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 3rd , 2026, at 1:00 pm at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church located in Vilonia. Funeral services will follow, starting at 2:00 pm with Dr. Randy Cloud officiating. Graveside to be held at Crestlawn Cemetery in Conway, AR with a Masonic ceremony and military presentation.
Pallbearers include Daniel Speerly, Jason Johnson, Myca Johnson, Christopher Eubanks, Jody Lawrence, and Curt McClung.
Honorary pallbearers are Michael Eubanks, Gavin Lee, and Earl Keaton.
