Penelope Lane Wenczel Little, 81 of Little Rock passed away December 29, 2025 with her
husband Morris at her side. She was born on January 11, 1944 in Poughkeepsie, New York to
John and Roberta Plass.
Penny was a graduate of Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.
Penny obtained her Master's Degree in Sociology from the University of Connecticut. She
worked as a social worker for over 25 years.
Penny met her husband Morris of 22 years in Sunday school at St. Michael's Episcopal Church.
Penny is predeceased by her parents and her first husband Laszlo Wenczel.
Penny is survived by her husband Morris Little of Little Rock, a daughter Lidia Wenczel of
Oakland, California, and a sister Roberta Stokes of Gardiner, New York.
A memorial service will be held at St. Michael's Episcopal Church, 12415 Cantrell Rd., Little
Rock, AR, on Saturday, January 24, 2026 at 1pm.
