Dale Hollene (Holly) Howard (nee Branson) passed away December 8, 2025. She was 94. She is preceded in death by mother Lillie, father Hollis, a sister Lera Beth Khilling, and her husband James E. (Pete) Howard. She is survived by children, Matt, Pete, Dominique, Jamie, two grandchildren Sam snd Goldie and two great grandchildren, Adam and Savannah. Holly's childhood was spent at her grandparents farm in Uniontown, Arkansas and traveling with parents as they sought work during the Great Depression. Mom was a voracious reader and a long time student of the Spanish language becoming nearly fluent before dementia set in. She traveled extensively in Mexico and walked the Pilgrimage to Santiago, Spain. She was a quiet protector of her children, a great cook, gardener, seamstress and loved music. We were blessed and miss her very much.

A graveside memorial will be held Friday, January 23 at 11:30 a.m. at Little Rock National Cemetery, 2523 Springer Blvd in Little Rock.
