Mary Frances Turner, 95, of Greenbrier, passed away Friday, January 9, 2026. She was born on April 2, 1930, in Hope, Arkansas, to the late Alfred and Dayle Butler Bearden. She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband of 58 years, L.C. Turner Jr.; her daughter, Cynthia Louise Turner; her brother, James Thomas Bearden; her sister, Patricia Bearden Robinson; and her mother-in-law, Ruth Lowery Turner.
Frances was a retired bookkeeper and interior designer. She dearly loved her family and was a long-time, faithful member of Springhill Baptist Church. Frances had a deep love for the Lord, and her faith was evident throughout her life, guiding her with grace, strength, and kindness. She also had a special love for her pets, who brought her great comfort, companionship, and joy over the years.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathie Bonds and husband Max; her son, Jerry Turner and wife Delores; sisters, Lynda McDaniel and husband Ron, Maratha McDonald; four grandchildren, Courtney Calloway, Kevin Bonds and his wife Kim, Jereme Turner and his wife Renee, and Jason Turner and wife Melanie; and four great-grandchildren, Brody Bonds, Cab Calloway, Natalie Burns, and Finley Turner
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Jordan, her nurses Natalie and Kathy, all of the compassionate caregivers at Magnolia Landing, and her devoted caregiver of twenty years, Toni, for their exceptional care, love, and kindness shown to Frances over the years.
Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at Springhill Baptist Church in Springhill, Arkansas, followed by funeral services at 11:00 a.m. Brother Steve Crawley will officiate. Burial will follow at Springhill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be James Lewis, Ed Brown, Mike Tackett, David Murry, David Mahan, Robert Arnold, Jerry Clifton, and Randy Nokes. Honorary pallbearers will be Kevin Bonds, Jereme Turner, Jason Turner, Brody Bonds, and Cab Calloway.
