Mary Idaleen (Eileen) Hopkins, age 95, passed away peacefully on January 2, 2026. Eileen was born on November 15, 1930, to Julius and Lucretia Taylor.

On December 11, 1952, Eileen married the love of her life, Paul Philemon Hopkins. They were married 55 years, until Paul's death in 2008. Eileen was a faithful, loving wife and mother, and supported her husband in the role of pastor to many churches in Arkansas and Tennessee. She was also a gifted musician, singing, as well as playing the mandolin. If you attended Bro. Paul & Sister Eileen's church, you were blessed to hear them sing and praise the Lord, preach and teach the Word of God. She was bold in her faith and always ready to testify to the goodness of God. She was involved in many bible studies, prayer groups, prison ministry and mission trips as the opportunity presented itself. Eileen was an ordained minister and served the Lord faithfully when she was able. She was a great prayer warrior and loved the Lord fiercely.

Eileen is survived by her three children, Paul Daniel Hopkins (Vicki) and their children Leighann Bussell (Chuck), Kevin Spencer (Jessica), Tennille Hill (Chris) and Rebekah Young (Hunter); Mary Loudean (Deannie) Pruitt (Ed) and their children Tabitha Ransom, Joney Jackson (Jeffrey), and Kelsie Hawkins (Chris); Micheal David Hopkins (Carolyn) and their children Michelle Romero (Victor), Ehren Kautz (Ashley), Daniel Hopkins (Joycie), Renee Johnson (Jeremy) and Annette Hein (Matt.) She is also survived by 29 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 10:30 a.m., Thursday, January 15, 2026, in the chapel of Roller Drummond Funeral Home, with visitation to begin at 9:30 a.m. A graveside service will follow at noon at Pinecrest Cemetery.
