Martha June (Warner) Williams, 93, of Hughes, AR, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2025, in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Born in West Memphis, Arkansas, to Tom Warner and Tempie Powell, Martha June lived a life defined by grace, song, and an unwavering devotion to her family.

Martha June's lifelong passion for music began as a teenager when her mother sent her to Marked Tree for voice lessons. Her talent led her to perform in a popular trio with Mot Hemphill and Pat Chandler across the region. A celebrated beauty in her youth, she was crowned Miss West Memphis and placed 7th in the Miss Arkansas pageant. Her voice remained her gift to the community for decades; she was a staple in Methodist and Baptist church choirs and was frequently requested to sing at weddings and funerals.

A graduate of West Memphis High School, Martha June attended Hendrix College before marrying the love of her life, D.L. Williams Jr., in December 1952. As a true farmer's wife, she loved the land, and it showed in her beautiful floral gardens throughout her yard. She was an extraordinary seamstress and a legendary cook, famous for both of her granddaughter's favorite strawberry cake. Martha June found a great joy on the golf course and as well, her love of the color red, represented throughout her home.

Above all, Martha June's family was her heart. She spent years following her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren to every activity they participated in, serving as their most devoted supporter. She was proud to be ''Mot'' to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, which filled her life with joy.

Martha June was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Tempie Warner; her husband, D.L. Williams Jr.; her brother, Wendell Warner; her children, Tommie June Brown and DL ''Donnie'' Williams III; and her grandson, Warner Brown.

She is survived by her sister, Eve Guin (Clarence); her grandchildren, Blair Brown Houtas (Asterios), Parker Williams (Crystal), and Bailie Munoz (Eric); her five beloved great-grandchildren, Lew, Audrey, Bella, Camryn, and Dax; and her son in law Dillard Brown and daughter in law Caral Reeves.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Martha's memory to the PKD Foundation (Polycystic Kidney Disease) or the American Cancer Society.
Visitation will be held Saturday, January 17th from 10-11:30am with the funeral immediately following at the First United Methodist Church in West Memphis AR and followed by the internment at Crittenden Memorial Park.
