David Millerof Harrison, AR
July 19, 1951 - December 8, 2025
David Miller, age 74, of Clarendon, AR, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was surrounded by love in his final moments.
David was born on July 19, 1951, in Clarendon, Arkansas. He was the son of Winnie and George Miller, also of Clarendon.
David was a devoted father, a proud Pappaw, and a beloved brother, uncle, and friend. Known for his generous heart, he never hesitated to help others and was the kind of man who would give the shirt off his own back. He loved hunting, fishing, and spending time on the White River, a place he knew like the back of his hand. He also loved Razorback football (listening, not watching) and cheering on his grandsons who played for the Harrison Goblins.
David traveled across the country as a truck driver and knew the highways by heart. His journeys allowed him to witness many of nature's greatest wonders, including the Northern Lights. He cherished his time running his trucking business in Stuttgart, AR, and made many friends throughout those years.
Family was the center of David's world. He cherished his grandchildren and loved his nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews deeply.
He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Winnie and George Miller; his sister Hazel Gray and brother-in-law Robert ''Gene'' Gray; his sister Willa Mae Miller; his brother Hoot Miller; and his niece Sheila Gray.
He is survived by his children, Nicole (Tim) Stephens and Brandon (Lynzie) Miller; six grandchildren, McKenna, Landen, Talon, Laiklyn, Aspen, and Paxton; his great-grandchildren, Sebastian and Griffin; his brother Sidney Miller; and a host of extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.
A visitation/gathering will be held from 6:00â€"7:00 p.m. on Friday, December 19, 2025, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home in Harrison, where family and friends may visit and share memories.
A Celebration of David's Life will be held at Clarendon Executive Hall, 630 Madison St., in Clarendon, from 1:00â€"2:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 20, 2025, where family and friends may again visit and share memories.
David's legacy of love, kindness, and generosity will live on in all who knew him. His stories, his laughter, and his kindness will echo in our memories forever.
''For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us.'' â€" Romans 8:18
