Nettie Mae Waters, 84, of Brookland, AR, passed away Friday, December 5, 2025, at her home. She was born May 5, 1941, in Texarkana, AR, to Ishmal and Virgie Mae (Collums) Sisco. Nettie worked as a bookkeeper until retirement. She was a member of the United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 20 years, Sherman Waters; a daughter, Brenda (Colin) Hester; two grandchildren, Lindsey Clarke and Daniel Beall; four great grandchildren, Samuel Clarke, William Clarke, Madelyn Mae Clarke and Henry Beall; a brother, Bill Redfern; and many nieces and nephews.

Chapel services will be 10:30 am Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 West Washington Avenue in Jonesboro with Andrew Johnson officiating.

Visitation will precede the service and begin at 9:30 am.

Burial will follow at 2:00 pm at Woodland Memorial Park in Fairfield Bay, AR.
