Larry James Glover, age 80, of Mabelvale, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Larry was born in Midland, Texas, on June 2, 1945, to his late parents, Houston A. and Zella Winkler Glover.

Larry was a member of Gardner Memorial United Methodist Church in North Little Rock and Grace Church in East End. He was also a member of the Adoniram Masonic Lodge and the Scottish Rite Bodies of Arkansas. Larry enjoyed traveling to National Parks all over the United States, was a 33rd Degree Mason, an Eagle Scout and worked for AT&T for more than 30 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Kenneth Glover. He is survived by his wife of 59 ½ years, Brenda Glover; two children, Leah Hales (James Whalen) of Frisco, TX and Jim Glover (Liesa) of Lake Jackson, TX; five grandchildren, Maggie Hales of Madison, WI, Cora Hales of Jacksonville, FL, Houston Glover of Garden City, KS, Mitchell Glover of Lake Jackson, TX and Elsa Gilmore (Alex) of Lake Jackson, TX.

Graveside services will be 12:00pm on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Pinecrest Memorial Park with Pastor Chris Neel officiating.
