James Andrew Terry, 85, of Searcy, AR went to be with The Lord on November 12, 2025 surrounded by family and friends. He was born June 18, 1940 in Brinkley, AR to the late Andrew and Martha Mull Crosland Terry.

James was the proud owner of Vacuum City for over 20 years. He attended First Assembly of God Church, where he was involved in many ministries in his early years. James was also an avid music lover, enjoyed camping and fishing, played many sports and most of all, loved spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, James is preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Wanda Terry; three sisters, Ruby Wolfe, Peggy Goodjoin and Gladys Walker; brother-in-law, Jimmy Dale Walker; nephews, Larry Don Morris and Ronnie Smith and nieces, Brenda Sumpter and Sandra Sapp.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Vanessa (Roger) Fortner; his son, Randy (Rhonda) Terry; five grandsons, Tyler (Keena) Terry, Justin (Brooke) Terry, Aaron (Kaitlin) Quattlebaum, Alex Quattlebaum and Denver (Stephanie) Fortner; six great grandchildren, Adelynn Terry, Landon Terry, Peyton Terry, Parker Terry, Mazi Fortner and Willow Fortner; as well as a host of other family and friends.

The family would like to extend special thanks to the nurses at Hospice Home Care as well as his long-time caregiver, Sandy O'Neal.

A visitation will be held at 10 am on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home, with service to follow at 11 am. Interment will be at White County Memorial Gardens in Searcy.
