Betty Jean Vance, beloved mother of Brenda, Janice, Phyllis, and Benny, passed away peacefully on November 4, 2025.

Born in Big Spring, Texas, on September 9, 1932, she lived a life of kindness, quiet strength, and unwavering love for her family. She found joy in simple moments and purpose in caring for others. Her gentleness, humor, and steady presence filled her home with warmth and comfort that will be remembered always.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Chuck Vance; her daughter, Betty Bernice; her grandsons, Larry Don Meeks and Chase Huffines; her parents, Ross and Ethyl Wingo, and her brothers, Mickey, Teddy, Danny, Bruce, and Doug.

She is survived by her children, Brenda, Janice, Phyllis, and Benny; her grandchildren, Seth, Michael, Tommy, Janette, Shelly, and Tracy; 15 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great-grandchildren, along with many extended family members, who loved her dearly.

Her warmth, patience, and devotion will live on in every heart she touched.

Graveside services will be held in Crestlawn Memorial Park, Conway, on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 10:00am.
