Tim went to be with his Lord on October 1, 2025. He is survived by his wife, Sybil, of 25 years. She was his whole world along with their little dog, Molly. His step-mother, Dequeta Netherton of Texas; his step-daughters, Sharla Christie and husband, Lew; Jennifer McGinty and husband, Jon; grandchildren, Avery McGinty and wife, Katie; Aubree McGinty; Terra and Cammie Christie; sisters, Tammy Ragan and husband, Russell; Beth Netherton; nine nieces and nephews; his very special aunt, Sally and a host of other family members survive him.

Tim is preceded in death by his parents, David and Judith Netherton; grandparents, Eddie and Bessie Bull and Olen and Martha Netherton.

Tim retired from UAMS after 25 years. His hobbies were fishing, building models and woodworking. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and loved playing games with his best friends, Tim Windle, Terry Newton, Roger Johnson, Tracy Bull, Darren Roland and Shawn Finkbiner.

Tim was a man of few words but had a big heart. We are going to miss you terribly.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00am Saturday, October 11, 2025 at Souls Anchor Church in Little Italy, Arkansas, with a lunch to follow.
