Bryan Jay Kye

of Jacksonville, AR

January 30, 1974 - September 27, 2025

Bryan Jay Kye, age 51, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away on September 27, 2025. He was born to Larry Kye and Janet Hubbard on January 30, 1974 in Jacksonville, Arkansas.

Bryan lived a full and meaningful life, one built on love, laughter and simple joys. More than anything he loved his three boys! He worked hard and attended college at night, always striving to better himself and those around him. For a time, he pursued a science degree, but when he realized that working with chemicals and needles could harm others, he decided it wasn't for him. That moment spoke to his heart, a deep care for people that guided his every choice.

Bryan later went on to become a sales manager at Morgan Building, where his leadership, kindness and humor left a lasting mark. A true jack-of-all-trades, he could fix just about anything imaginable. He had a natural gift for understanding how things worked and was always eager to share his knowledge with others.

First, more than anything, he loved his three boys. Bryan also loved playing music, fishing and all sports.

At home, Bryan's heart shone the brightest. He cooked breakfast for Grandma every day and faithfully took her to the grocery store and doctor for years. He was always present, steady and kind; a quiet strength that anchored his family. He cared deeply for his pets, helping with every stage of their lives, especially when it came time to say goodbye. Bryan lived a good life. He found joy in the everyday moments, doing things many people only dream of.

His curiosity, compassion and faithfulness touched everyone he met. In his own words: ''The clouds are the sky and they're always the same, no matter where you go.''

Bryan is preceded in death by Oliver Kye, Lucille Kye and Kenneth Hubbard. He is survived by his parents, Larry (Linda) Kye and Janet Hubbard; brother, Ryan J. Kye and stepbrothers, Richard (Elizabeth) Sims and Patrick (Kacee) Sims, sons, Zachary (Kayla) Kye, Cooper Kye and Cayden (Deanna) Kye; uncle, Don Kye and many nieces and nephews and his dog named Dasher.

A funeral service will be held at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home on Saturday, October 4, 2025 starting at 2:00pm with a visitation one hour prior. The burial will follow at Mayflower Cemetery.
