Dennis Lane BoydI am a Veteran.

of Jonesboro, AR

September 18, 2025

On Thursday, September 18, 2025, Denny Boyd danced his way into Heaven. He arrived with his beloved "CootCase" full of colors and coloring books, ready to reunite with family and friends. When he met Saint Peter, he surely asked, "Where's my Mom? Where is Malwart? Where is Daatree?"

Denny's spirit was one of a kind. He was a warm, loving and unique individual who could light up any room. He loved to be the life of the party, dancing, singing and playfully flirting with all the women. A true fan, Denny never missed a chance to enjoy the music of Cher and Reba.

Denny loved to go to Branson for his birthday vacations. He very carefully planned his itinerary by picking the brochures for the shows he wanted to see.

He was a dedicated worker at Pathfinder for many years, where he shredded paper, had his own cubicle and made many friends. He especially loved when "The Music Man" would visit the workshop with all his instruments.

Denny will be greeted in Heaven by his mother, Jean Boyd and his father, Stan Boyd. He leaves behind many who will carry on his memory, including his loving aunt and guardian, ANBEF, his DEPMOM, Heidi Boyd; his siblings; BIGFADER, Wade Boyd and his wife, Melanie; Clay Buchanan and his wife, Tina; SISSER, Beth Anne Dunnam; Andy Boyd and his wife, Sara; John Boyd and his wife, Khali and Heidl Boyd. He will be deeply missed by his many nieces and nephews: Abby, Kingston, Nick, Jack, Tyler, Roxi, Baylee, Haylie, Lindsey, Daniel, Christopher, Emma, Bandit and Roark.

A celebration of Denny's life will be held on Monday, September 22, 2025 at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home. Family visitation will begin at 12:30 pm, followed by a celebration of Denny's life at 1:00 pm.

The family asks, if possible, please wear a t-shirt of your choice that shows your favorite cartoon character, wrestler, superhero, Sesame Street character or power ranger.

Denny will say ''Kiss One'' from Dowell's Chapel Cemetery.
