Kyle Martin Carson

of Little Rock, AR

May 15, 1986 - September 11, 2025

Kyle Martin Carson, beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin and friend, passed away on September 11, 2025 at the age of 39. Born on May 15, 1986, Kyle lived a life filled with passion, adventure and love. A graduate of the culinary program at Pulaski Tech University, Kyle pursued his calling with creativity, skill and heart. His food, like his personality, brought people together. Kyle's love of cooking began at home, inspired by the Cooking Network. An early fan of Emeril Lagasse, he would watch faithfully each night. Eager to try it himself, his very first attempt at ''duck à l'orange'' turned into boiling a chicken in orange juice. His family, ever encouraging, ate every bite - and from that moment, a lifelong passion and career was born and thankfully, his food got better.

Kyle had an infectious personality that lit up every room he entered. He loved to travel, often accompanying his mother on trips she led, where his humor, kindness and helpful nature quickly endeared him to fellow travelers. Whether in the kitchen, on the road or simply at home, Kyle carried with him an energy that uplifted those around him. He will be remembered most for his warmth, adventurous spirit and unwavering willingness to help others. His legacy is one of laughter, love and the countless memories he created with those fortunate enough to know him. Kyle is survived by his loving parents, Janet and Clay Carson; his sister and brother-in-law, Kathleen & Ben Muller; his cherished nephew, Christian; his aunts, Linda (Chip) Black and Kristie Robinson and his cousins, Lauren Black, Whitney (Drew) Wilson, Carson Hampton and Thomas Hampton. Each of them, along with countless friends, will forever carry his memory in their hearts.

A celebration of Kyle's life will be held on Monday, September 22, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Second Presbyterian Church in Little Rock. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages acts of kindness done in his memory - sharing a smile, lending a hand or living with the same joy that Kyle gave so freely. Donations can be made to a scholarship fund in his name at Pulaski Tech Culinary School https://uaptc.edu/carson

Though his journey was far too short, Kyle's light will forever guide those who loved him, a reminder that joy and kindness are the greatest legacies a life can leave behind.
