of Conway, AR
May 22, 1958 - August 21, 2025
Judith was born May 22, 1958, in Carlisle and died August 21, 2025. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Curtis Adams and mother, Nelda Merline Martin Adams, both of Hazen, Arkansas.
She is survived by her husband, Paul Douglas Taylor; daughters, Mary Elisabeth Taylor of Conway and Paula Stephens of Cave Springs; son, Andrew Taylor of North Little Rock; sisters, Nancy Branscum of Jonesboro and Linda Ashbrook of Stuttgart; brother, Gary Adams of Jonesboro, and grandchildren, Clara and Connor Stephens of Cave Springs. Many wonderful and awesome nieces and nephews. More cousins and friends than most people can count. 'Mama Taylor' also leaves behind a bunch of Wampus Cat band kids because "She was with the Band".
She and her husband were members of Antioch Baptist Church in Conway, and she loved her Bible Study ladies. She loves the Lord, her church and family. She studied Spanish so she could go on mission trips to Mexico. Judy had an amazing recall of events and people she would meet, a trait which she got from her Daddy, Curt.
She loved cooking (you can tell a lot about someone from their spice cabinet) so much so that she turned Thanksgiving night into a tradition of soup night that extended family looked forward to! She loved planting flowers, but her favorite activity was walking on the beach. I am sure Jesus will meet her, and they will go hand in hand down the beach into the sunset.
And everything was to "Judy's Rules".
A visitation will be at Antioch Baptist Church, Conway, on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 12:00pm with a service at 1:00pm. Interment will be immediately following the service at Centerpoint Cemetery in Hazen, Arkansas. Serving as pallbearers will be Ali Haydar, Andrew Taylor, Drew Branscum, Todd Paraley, Terry Poole, and Brian Goines.
