Rebecca Jane Mullens, 87, of Little Rock, AR found peace in her Heavenly home on August 13, 2025. She was born August 16, 1937 to Frank and Doris Allen of Little Rock. In 1955, she married her love, Gus Mullens.
Rebecca was a homemaker where she devoted her life to being a supportive wife of a fireman and raising her children and grandchildren. She loved being Grandma to her grandchildren and MoMo to her great-grandchildren. She taught children in Sunday school for over 20 years at Pleasant Valley Church of Christ. She was a wonderful cook and an avid reader. She enjoyed gardening, bird watching, and spending time with her family. She loved her little dog, Coco, as her best friend.
Rebecca is preceded in death by her husband of 43 years Gus Mullens; mother and father, Frank and Doris Allen; her daughter and son-in-law, Paula and Larry Dreher; brothers Frank Allen Jr., Thomas Allen, and Charlie Allen; sisters Doris Johnson and Rose Ripper.
She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Pierceall; sister Patricia (Johnny) Cathcart; sister- in-law Joetta Allen; her grandchildren Justin (Tiffany) Dreher, Sarah Dreher, Shelby (Brandon) Roberson, and Tori Pierceall; her great- grandchildren Olivia and Mason Dreher; and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank her Hospice care team for their support and care they provided. In her lifetime, Rebecca was an example of biblical womanhood through her acts of service, love, and compassion. Though Rebecca will be greatly missed by her loved ones, we take comfort knowing she is at peace and reunited with her loved ones in her Heavenly home.
A service to remember Rebecca's life will be held at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 I-30 Little Rock, AR 72209, on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. with burial following at 1:00 at Corinth Cemetery in Sheridan, AR. Visitation will be held Monday, August 18, 2025 at 5:00-7:00 p.m.
