Beverly Gail Wheeler, 66, of Mayflower, Arkansas went to be with the Lord, July 4, 2025. She was born on November 23, 1958 in Mayflower, Arkansas to Payton Washam and Lois Powell Washam.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, James Wheeler and their daughter, Brandy (Wade) McCaghren and her grandchildren, Wyatt and Karlee McCaghren; her sisters, Shirley Washam, Becky (Ricky) Naylor, Betsy (Mike) Caudle; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other friends and family.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, as well as her siblings, Katherine Yant, Bill Washam, Linn Washam, Wanda Thompson, Marilyn and Linda Washam and Roger Washam.

After retiring from a distinguished career at Dassault Falcon Jet, she spent her retirement years surrounded by the love of her family, particularly her grandchildren, who, along with her cherished Yorkie, Amos Moses, brought her immeasurable joy.

Beverly was a woman who made others feel special every day. She was the heart of every gathering, whether it was a family get-together, a holiday celebration or a spontaneous trip. A gifted cook and planner, she always had something thoughtful to share, whether it was a home-cooked meal, a handmade quilt or simply a phone call to check in on a loved one. Her generosity and warmth were felt by many and her thoughtful gifts and constant care for those around her were a testament to her kind and selfless nature.

Above all else, she was devoted to her high school sweetheart, James. Their love story spanned a lifetime and she cherished every moment they shared together. She was known for taking exceptional care of James, even going so far as to ensure that he never had to cut-up a meal throughout their entire marriage. Their bond was one of deep affection, respect and a true partnership.

Beverly was a proud member of a large and loving family and she opened her heart to everyone. Her home was always a place where people could gather, feel welcome and be surrounded by love. Whether you were family by blood or by choice, you knew you had a special place in her heart.

Beverly's spirit will live on in the memories of those who loved her. She will forever be remembered for her kindness, her love and her unwavering devotion to her family and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway at 2:00pm, visitation will be one hour prior to the service at 1:00pm. Burial will follow at Mayflower Cemetery.
