Bob Pilgreen, 73, of Magazine, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, July 2, 2025, in Booneville.

Bob was born February 5, 1952, in Paris, Arkansas to his parents, Sidney Pilgreen Sr. and Agnes (Cooper) Pilgreen. He worked in the oil field for forty-three years for Nabors Drilling and various other drilling companies in the area. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and driving up and down the backroads.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife of thirty-one years, Vickie (Mitchell) Pilgreen.

He is survived by his daughter, Robbin Sloan and husband, Philip of Driggs; a son, Shane Haney and wife, Jennifer of Magazine; a brother, Sid Pilgreen and wife, Donna of Paris; two sisters, Janet Rogers and husband Randy of Scranton and Elaine Robertson of Paris; four grandchildren, Kearsten Smith and husband, Jeremy, Brent Haney and wife, Molly, William Sloan and Journey Sloan; three great grandchildren, John Smith, Maysi Haney and Mady Haney; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

A graveside service and burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 7, 2025, at Baxley Cemetery in Paris.

Graveside service and arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Shane Haney, Philip Sloan, William Sloan, Jeremy Smith, Sid Pilgreen, Randy Rogers, Cody Rogers, Mike Jones and Brent Haney
