William Steven (Steve) Wilson, Jr., 72, of Conway, AR, passed away peacefully on June 14, 2025. He was born December 30, 1952 in Ferriday, Louisiana to Willie Maude (Eva) and William Steven Wilson, Sr.



Steve graduated from Ferriday High School and then went on to join the Navy. After his time was completed in the Navy, he went on to work for FedEx in Memphis, TN, where he stayed until he retired. Steve's favorite place on this earth was Yucatan Hunting Club, where he grew up hunting, fishing and riding horses, and continued to do so for over 50 years. The most important part of his life was his children and grandchildren. He loved spending time with them and making sure they always had everything they ever needed. 



Steve was preceded in death by both of his parents. He is survived by two sisters, Pamela Murphy of Pocahontas, and Linda Dyer of Hot Springs, and by his children, Rusty Wilson (Ashley) of Maumelle, and Angela Abbott (Ben) of Conway. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Eli, Gabriella and expected grandchild (due November 2025) Wilson, as well as John, Grayson, and Benjamin Abbott. 



To honor Steve's wishes, there will be no funeral service, but we appreciate your love and support during this time.
