Annabelle D. Roach

of Mountain Home, AR

November 3, 1934 - June 13, 2025

Funeral arrangements for Mrs. Annabelle D. Roach, 90, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, are under the care of Roller Funeral Home. Mrs. Roach passed away peacefully on Friday, June 13, 2025, in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Annabelle was born on November 3, 1934, in the quiet town of Howard, Iowa, to Joseph Jacob Dvorak and Emma Louise Billmyer. On April 3, 1964, she married the love of her life, Joseph Clifford Roach, in Las Vegas, Nevada, beginning a beautiful journey of family and faith together.

With a strong work ethic and a gentle heart, Annabelle proudly served 25 years with the IRS. But her true calling was found in the little joys of lifeā€"caring for her cats and dogs, crafting cotton flower arrangements by hand, and raising her children in a home filled with love and laughter.

In the neighborhood where her family was raised, Annabelle was a familiar and comforting faceā€"active in the PTA, always quick with a smile, and known for being the first to lend a hand when someone was in need. Her faith was steadfast, and she found great joy in serving her church, especially teaching the little ones in primary classes at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Even in her later years, when her body slowed down, her spirit never did. Confined to her bed, Annabelle remained full of grace and gratitude, lighting up at the sight of her furry companions or the occasional visit from a chicken or duck outside her window. Her days were filled with joy, laughter, and the comforting presence of her church family.

Annabelle is now reunited in Heaven with her beloved husband and her dear parents. She leaves behind a loving legacy through her two children, Steven Aaron Roach and Rebecca Anne Roach; her cherished granddaughter, Codi Nicole Roach; and a host of friends and neighbors who will forever remember her warmth, faith, and kindness.

A graveside service honoring her life will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Douglas Cemetery, with Bishop Chad Maple officiating.

Though her earthly journey has come to a close, the memory of Annabelle's sweet soul, servant's heart, and ever-present smile will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
