Velma S Cronk, 85, of Dardanelle, Arkansas passed away Sunday, June 15, 2025, at her home.

Velma was born January 18, 1940, in New Blaine, Arkansas to her parents, Raymond McCutcheon and Mamie (Jones) McCutcheon. She worked for Tyson Foods as a lab technician and was a member of the Church of Christ in Dardanelle. She enjoyed watching her grandchildren and great grandchildren play soccer. She loved to play softball and basketball, go fishing, watch the deer at Old Post and going to yard sales and garage sales with her sisters.

She is preceded in death by her previously mentioned parents; her husband of forty-two years, Dean Cronk; her brother, Paul McCutcheon, two sisters, Mary Gack and Wilma Tapp; a great grandchild, Christian Meadors and a nephew, Christopher Bidwell.

She is survived by her two daughters, Brenda Thompson of Atkins, Arkansas and Paula Stokes and husband, Stanley of Atkins, Arkansas; a sister, Wanda Bennett of Atkins, Arkansas; grandchildren, Melissa McAnulty, Shaun Meadors, Kristi Higgs, Brandi Thompson and Brittany Thompson; sixteen great grandchildren and eight great great-grandchildren; several other family members and friends.

A visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at Roller Funeral Home in Paris.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Friday, June 20, 2025, at Roller Funeral Home in Paris with burial to follow in Utley Cemetery in New Blaine.

Funeral service and arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Matthew Meadors, Jonathon Meadors, Craig (Tre') Green, Dillon Hickman, Baron Higgs, James Higgs, Robby Eakin, Jr. and Blake Bidwell.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Shaun Meadors, Ray Gack, Paul McCutcheon, Jr., Phillip McCutcheon, David Bidwell, Larry Tapp, Jr. and Jerry Tapp.
