Eldon ''Lee'' Leroy Boyett, age 75, of Little Rock, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, June 8, 2025. A Celebration of Lee's Life will be held Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at10:00am at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 9:00am. Burial will follow at Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery in Perryville at 12:15pm. He was born in Phoenix, AZ on October 7, 1949 to the late L.D. Boyett and Gladys Brown Boyett. He taught his sister how to swim and how to spell and proper grammar. Lee was a member of Lifleline Baptist Church, loved his church, a good Christian man and served as a Gideon for a few years. Lee was a graduate of Central High and State Teachers College in Conway. He taught English in school for a few years and worked 35 years for Stroman's Rental as assistant Manager. Lee loved Sassy (sister's) and Blue (neighbor's) dogs and nature. He enjoyed feeding birds and critters. He was an avid Comic Book collector and co-wrote a few articles with friend, Hames Ware. He collected Disney, music CD's-country, loved old movies and game shows on T.V. He played guitar and was previously involved in nursing home ministry before his stroke. He and his best friend Jon Evans went to flea markets and out to eat every week. Lee is survived by his sister, Beverly Williams and her husband, Jimmy and their dog, Sassy. Special friends are Jon Evans and Darlene McMoran and his brothers-in-law's family who adopted him into the family. Special thanks to St. Vincent ICU nurses and St. Vincent Hospice-excellent care. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Lifeline Baptist Little Rock or Levy Baptist North Little Rock.
