Susie Greenstreet-Young, age 67 of Marshall, Arkansas earned her wings and left this earthly life on Friday night, May 9th, 2025 at Baxter Health in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She is now strolling the streets of gold in Heaven with Jesus. She was born in Wichita, Kansas on January 20th, 1958 to Floyd Greenstreet and Norma Conley Greenstreet.

Susie was a faithful member of the Morning Star Baptist Church and attended as long as she was able. She so loved going to church. Susie enjoyed playing video games. She had a deep passion for going to yard sales to find bargains and keepsakes. Her work history includes working for JB Hunt, Baxter Health and private health care. Susie made friends easily and she had many of them.

Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Harold Young of the home; her mother, Norman Sue Avey of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; one brother, Steve Greenstreet of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; one daughter, Christy Cagle of Clarksville; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family; and a host of dear friends who will miss her vivacious spirit.

Susie is preceded in death by her father, Floyd Greenstreet; her stepfather, W.C. Avey; and one daughter, Paige Smith Collins.

Funeral services for Susie will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, May 13th, 2025 at Roller-Coffman Chapel in Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. Tim Cypert and Bro. Shane Warden officiating. Special music will be performed by Vandi Warden. Visitation will be 12:00 till 2:00 PM preceding the service. Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery in Marshall, Arkansas. Bearers will be Warren Hill, Niagle Ratchford, Bill Ragland, Tim Young, Joey Ragland and Larry Gilliam.
