Deatra "Dee" Denise Tinnonof Maumelle, AR

Deatra ''Dee'' Denise Tinnon, age 66, after a brave and hard battle with cancer, went to be with the Lord on April 26th, 2025. She was surrounded by loved ones at her home in Maumelle, Arkansas.
Dee was born September 18th, 1958, in Bloomington, Illinois. In 1976 she married the love of her life, Mikel ''Mike'' Ray Tinnon, Sr. Dee and Mike's birthdays are one day apart, and as a couple, they were just as close. Dee's most favorite times were those that she spent with her loving husband. From nights at home just cooking dinner, to family vacations at the beach, Dee was happy, as long as she had Mike by her side.
Mike and Dee had 3 beautiful children, Mikel, Taunya and Jaeson. Dee loved her children and her family with every fiber of her being. One of her favorite past times was attending all her children's sporting events. From baseball to cheerleading, she was at every event, cheering them on and being her children's biggest fan. She loved family dinners, holidays, sports and being surrounded by those she loved. Dee had 7 grandchildren that she loved dearly. It brought so much joy to her life watching her family grow, and she will be forever missed by all of them.
Dee is survived by her husband, Mikel Ray Tinnon, Sr., their three children: Mikel Ray Tinnon, Jr. (Kelci), Taunya Marie Tinnon (Richard Hutson) and Jaeson Eugene Tinnon (Shelley) and 6 of their grandchildren: Aliza Paige Tinnon, Addison Tyler Tinnon, Alexander ''Alex'' Davis Tinnon, Sloane Mikel Tinnon, Jude Ethan Tinnon and Jace Rickey Tinnon. Dee is also survived by 2 sisters: Dawnetta Fuller and Kimla Dupre and many other extended loving family members and friends.
Dee is preceded in death by her mom, Sandra Bowman, her brother, Rodney Bowman, her sister, Teresa Bowman and her grandson, Tyler Mikel Tinnon.
The Tinnon family would like to give a special thank you to Dee's CARTI angels, Dr. Naveen Yarlagadda and his nurses Liz, Sara and Lauren, as well as her Hospice Home Care team lead by Bliss Beeman.
A visitation with the family will be on Monday, May 5th, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and Dee's Celebration of Life will be Tuesday, May 6th, 2025, at 1:00 pm. All will be held at Roller Chenal Funeral Home located at 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, Arkansas 72211.
