Connie Sue Tapp, age 74, of Little Rock, AR went to be with the Lord on April 20, 2025. She was born on December 17, 1950 in Evansville, Indiana to Walter and Geneva Holder. Connie was married to the love of her life, Thurman, 47 years before his passing in 2017.

Before her illness she was an active member of Mabelvale United Methodist Church. She retired from the Arkansas Soil and Water Conservation Commission. She was an avid Razorback fan, regardless of the sport, you could always catch her listening or watching their games. Outside of watching SEC sports and Pro Football, she had a huge love for reading murder mysteries.

Connie is preceded in death by her parents, husband and siblings, Kenny & Tina Holder.

She is survived in death by her children, Wendy Supan and Scott Tapp; grandchildren, Callie Supan (Cole Ruzynski), Megan (Rick) Young, Shelby Tapp, Slater Tapp, JB Tapp and Michael Tapp; as well as her name sake great granddaughter, Rylee Sue Ruzynski.

Memorial can be made to Mabelvale United Methodist Church, 10500 Woodman, Mabelvale, AR 72103.

Graveside service will be privately held at Pinecrest Memorial Park led by Roller-Drummond Funeral Home.
